I am a second-generation Hearing Care Specialist. I entered the hearing healthcare industry in 1992 as a manufacturing and repair technician, working for my father's practice. I spent 8 years building custom hearing aids, and earmolds, and repairing and modifying them. In 2000, I became licensed to fit hearing aids, and knowing the manufacturing side has been of tremendous value and has given me an edge that few practitioners today have. I continue to keep up with the latest and upcoming advancements in hearing technology. I have been fortunate to have a career that spans over 30 years in a field that enables me to improve the lives of people daily.

Janine Ramirez believes everyone deserves the joy of hearing life's symphony to its fullest and is here to orchestrate that experience. From diagnostics to personalized treatment plans, her passion shines through in every note of our patient care. She strives to be at the forefront of advancements, ensuring her patients benefit from the latest technologies and treatment modalities. Kayla joined Hear Again America in 2017 as a Patient Care Coordinator after relocating from her home state, New Jersey, to Florida. With over ten years in healthcare administration, Kayla takes great satisfaction in assisting patients in need. Her extensive experience enables her to contribute across various departments. As the Customer Service Center Manager, Kayla leads a team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional customer service over 30 locations.

Lorraine has been collaborating with leaders in the hearing health industry for more than 15 years. While at Hear Again America, she has acted as a Patient Care Coordinator in both the Corporate and Delray locations. Lorraine provides outstanding service and attention to each patient who walks through the door or calls for a hearing evaluation appointment. She believes that making patients feel welcome and comfortable while making critical health decisions is the key to a successful outcome.

Raquel Valle began her hearing industry in 1989, working with the leading manufacturer, Starkey Laboratories, out of the Miramar, Florida facility as a customer support team member for the Southeast and Puerto Rican regions. After working for Starkey Labs for 15 years, Raquel became a Patient Care Coordinator, where she continues her passion for helping the community with their hearing care needs.

Working in the Deerfield Beach office since 2017, Marianna is an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. Skilled in facilitation, administration, leadership, and personal development, she graduated from Pompano Beach High, attended the University of South Florida, is a certified Chiropractic Assistant, workshop presenter, Conscious Language Coach™, and former co-owner of the largest wholistic health care center in South Florida of its time.

After a finance career in The United States Air Force, Rich found a love for helping patients connect with their loved ones again via hearing help. As he was going to school for accounting and finance, he unexpectedly found a job in the hearing career field, worked to get licensed, and ultimately got Nationally Board Certified as a Hearing Instrument Specialist on top of being a Hearing Aid Specialist.
Hearing connects loved ones, and he takes pride and satisfaction in being able to counsel and restore relationships with friends and family due to hearing loss.
He believes that empathy and understanding is the best way to get a patient over the proverbial "hump" of treating their loss.

Trish Welliver is the Patient Care Coordinator in our Port Charlotte location. Trish comes to us with 15+ years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is not only our Patient Care Coordinator, but she is also our Corporate Patient Care Coordinator Trainor.

Trish is originally from Scituate, Massachusetts, and has lived in Florida since 2004. Trish can make everyone who walks through the door feel like family here in the Port Charlotte office. She enjoys engaging with all her patients and knows everything about them, and the patients know everything about her. This makes the office different from the other professionals in the Port Charlotte area.

Kayla Baker is a Patient Care Coordinator in Summerfield, Florida. She has worked in the hearing industry for seven years now. Kayla handles insurance verifications, scheduling, billing, hearing aid maintenance, and more. She ensures patients get the best care along their hearing health journey. Patient care is Kayla's goal and tries every day to make a difference in the lives of her patients. She spreads awareness among her community to ensure that everyone gets help for their hearing and better communication with the world around them.

Dr. Morrison earned a B.S. from Ithaca College in Speech and Hearing Sciences and his M.A. and Au.D. from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He practiced clinically in Washington D.C. before joining a start-up hearing aid company in a national operations role and helping to expand the company into 9 states with 30 locations. He then joined Starkey Laboratories and functioned in both a Sales and Business Development capacity for the state of Florida for 6 years and became a recognized speaker and expert teacher of hearing aid technology prior to joining Hear Again America in 2016. Dr. Morrison owns Advanced Hearing Systems, LLC which he began in 2010 to install induction loop systems in public venues and private residences to assist the hearing impaired population stay connected socially and maintain the quality of life that they deserve. Bringing his clinical and business experience to Hear Again America, Dr. Morrison is focused on providing the best quality service and care in the industry for our patients through the private practice model- while offering the most advanced technology in the industry.

Mr. Moore is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist having received his Florida license in 1992. Mr. Moore is a two-time president of the Florida Hearing Society and served two terms as the Southeastern United States Governor of the International Hearing Society. In addition to having served as a Senior Faculty Member at Alan Lowell Seminars, the largest training source for training new hearing aid specialists to receive their license nationwide. Mr. Moore is a recognized leader in hearing aid dispensing, as well as a recognized leading expert teacher of other industry professionals. Mr. Moore currently serves as Regional Director of Hear Again America as well as the ethics chairman, education chairman, and other roles on the Board Of the Florida Hearing Society.
