Samantha was born in Ohio and moved to Florida at a very young age. She entered the Hearing Aid Industry in 1996 as a receptionist and has moved up to be a Patient Care Coordinator. Samantha has a passion for helping all people or even just to be able to have a quality of life to hear better again. Her biggest achievement is to continue the path of helping the Hearing Impaired. I am a second-generation Hearing Care Specialist. I entered the hearing healthcare industry in 1992 as a manufacturing and repair technician, working for my father's practice. I spent 8 years building custom hearing aids, and earmolds, and repairing and modifying them. In 2000, I became licensed to fit hearing aids, and knowing the manufacturing side has been of tremendous value and has given me an edge that few practitioners today have. I continue to keep up with the latest and upcoming advancements in hearing technology. I have been fortunate to have a career that spans over 30 years in a field that enables me to improve the lives of people daily.

Lidia Mendez joined Hear Again America in 2015 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is happy to be a part of a team that helps patients in the improvement of their quality of life and their achievement of better hearing. From making appointments to translating for our Spanish-speaking patients, her assistance is available for the hearing needs of our patients.

Claudia graduated with an associate degree in Graphic Design from Keiser University and obtained a financial license in Florida. She then discovered her passion for helping those in the hearing health community and decided to contribute. Claudia has been working with Hear Again America as a Patient Care Coordinator for the past 5 years in the Surfside location.

Britany Thompson believes everyone deserves the joy of hearing life's symphony to its fullest and is here to orchestrate that experience. Dr. Morrison earned a B.S. from Ithaca College in Speech and Hearing Sciences and his M.A. and Au.D. from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He practiced clinically in Washington D.C. before joining a start-up hearing aid company in a national operations role and helping to expand the company into 9 states with 30 locations. He then joined Starkey Laboratories and functioned in both a Sales and Business Development capacity for the state of Florida for 6 years and became a recognized speaker and expert teacher of hearing aid technology prior to joining Hear Again America in 2016. Dr. Morrison owns Advanced Hearing Systems, LLC which he began in 2010 to install induction loop systems in public venues and private residences to assist the hearing impaired population stay connected socially and maintain the quality of life that they deserve. Bringing his clinical and business experience to Hear Again America, Dr. Morrison is focused on providing the best quality service and care in the industry for our patients through the private practice model- while offering the most advanced technology in the industry.

His proficiency extends to programming aids to enhance your speech understanding while prioritizing the highest level of natural sound quality. Beyond initial care at the Deerfield clinic, our dedication continues with ongoing services, ensuring your hearing aids operate at peak efficiency, delivering exceptional hearing for years to come.

Tammy Evans has been with Hear Again America for over 4 years now and is currently the PCC in our Blairsville, GA office. Having worked for an ENT who was also the resident ENT Surgeon in the local hospital, she came to us with experience in both patient care and hearing loss. She also worked for Union County Nursing Home for over 7 years as a liaison, working with family members to see that their loved one's needs are addressed. Union County Nursing Home is a division of Union General Hospital, one of the top 3 hospitals in the state of Georgia, priding itself on exceptional patient care. Tammy comes to HAA with the same level of dedication to doing all she can to improve the lives of others.

Kayla Baker is a Patient Care Coordinator in Summerfield, Florida. She has worked in the hearing industry for seven years now. Kayla handles insurance verifications, scheduling, billing, hearing aid maintenance, and more. She ensures patients get the best care along their hearing health journey. Patient care is Kayla's goal and tries every day to make a difference in the lives of her patients. She spreads awareness among her community to ensure that everyone gets help for their hearing and better communication with the world around them.

Trish Welliver is the Patient Care Coordinator in our Port Charlotte location. Trish comes to us with 15+ years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is not only our Patient Care Coordinator, but she is also our Corporate Patient Care Coordinator Trainor.

Trish is originally from Scituate, Massachusetts, and has lived in Florida since 2004. Trish can make everyone who walks through the door feel like family here in the Port Charlotte office. She enjoys engaging with all her patients and knows everything about them, and the patients know everything about her. This makes the office different from the other professionals in the Port Charlotte area.
