Originally from France, Karin has called Chapel Hill home since marrying a Tar Heel alumnus at the turn of the millennium. Having witnessed first hand the impact of hearing loss within her immediate family, she brings a deep empathy and personal insight to her role as a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator.

Karin is committed to making every patient feel welcomed, supported, informed, and truly heard. She serves as a compassionate bridge between patients, their families, and the healthcare team. She helps coordinate appointments, answer questions, and provides a warm, supportive presence so that every individual feels deeply understood and cared for.
