Meet Erick Townsend

About

Erick Townsend is a Texas-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with 7+ years’ experience in hearing healthcare. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago and is dedicated to providing knowledgeable, personalized care to each patient.

Erick developed his passion for hearing healthcare after a young family member was diagnosed with hearing loss. Seeing firsthand how hearing loss can affect communication and relationships inspired him to pursue a career where he could help others experience the benefits of better hearing.

He takes a patient-centered approach to hearing care and believes that successful treatment goes beyond simply improving hearing. For Erick, it is about helping patients remain connected to their families, friends, and the activities they enjoy. He takes great pride in making a meaningful difference in his patients’ quality of life and takes the responsibility of caring for each patient seriously.

Originally from Chicago, Erick now resides in the Dallas area and is a proud father of three sons. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching movies.
