Carol Pandis, HAS is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist with Hear Again America, proudly serving Sarasota County with today’s most advanced hearing aid technology and personalized hearing healthcare. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with the sounds and conversations that matter most, providing exceptional care throughout every step of the hearing journey—from the initial evaluation to long-term follow-up care.

A dedicated patient advocate, Carol is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality hearing healthcare while increasing public awareness through education. She regularly presents educational programs for businesses, community organizations, medical/physicians offices and individuals on hearing health, hearing loss, and overall wellness.

Carol has earned multiple awards for her outstanding service and commitment to quality care including the Sarasota Herald-Tribune Community’s Choice award for many years running, Venice Gondolier Best of Venice for multiple years, Best of Englewood, nominated for Venice Area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Award 2021. Most recently awarded Best of SRQ Magazine 2026.

Originally from Elmira, New York, Carol received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Elmira College. Carol has seen firsthand how frustrating hearing loss is on loved ones. Growing up in a home with her father dealing with hearing loss, and then meeting her husband who has single-sided deafness, she felt becoming a hearing care professional was a perfect way to improve lives. Spending the last 22 years in Sarasota, Carol is very active in the community, she is a member of Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota, where she was honored as the Sarasota Sertoman of the Year in 2024. Carol is also a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals, Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance and various other local organizations. In addition to helping people in the office, Carol treasures her time volunteering and fundraising in the community with many local charities and various animal rescue organizations. She has a great sense of adventure and loves to travel. Her love of travel has prompted her to start learning a new language – Greek!
