Heather began working at Clarity Hearing Aid Solutions/ A division of Hear Again America as a Patient care coordinator & quickly realized her passion was helping people. She began training to fullfill her passion of becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist and giving people their lives back by hearing. She strives to ensure patients individual needs are properly cared for with the highest standard level of care and service possible.
