Call Center
Joy went to Business school and has over ten years in the Business-to-Business Marketing and Market Research industry. She is originally from Pittsburgh and has lived in Ft Lauderdale since 1983. She has over 25 years of experience in the Hearing Aid Industry and over five years with Hear Again America at our Fort Lauderdale office. Joy makes appointments for all our locations with the digital leads and helps the Patient Care Coordinators. She also does phone training for Hear Again America and monitors all incoming calls.
