Robert Morrison, Au.D.

Dr. Robert Morrison earned a B.S. from Ithaca College in Speech and Hearing Sciences and his M.A. and Au.D. from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He practiced clinically in Washington D.C. before joining a start-up hearing aid company in a national operations role and helping to expand the company into 9 states with 30 locations. He then joined Starkey Laboratories and functioned in both a Sales and Business Development capacity for the state of Florida for 6 years and became a recognized speaker and expert teacher of hearing aid technology prior to joining Hear Again America in 2016. Dr. Morrison owns Advanced Hearing Systems, LLC which he began in 2010 to install induction loop systems in public venues and private residences to assist the hearing impaired population stay connected socially and maintain the quality of life that they deserve. Bringing his clinical and business experience to Hear Again America, Dr. Morrison is focused on providing the best quality service and care in the industry for our patients through the private practice model- while offering the most advanced technology in the industry.

Regional Manager
Mr. Moore is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist having received his Florida license in 1992. Mr. Moore is a two-time president of the Florida Hearing Society and served two terms as the Southeastern United States Governor of the International Hearing Society. In addition to having served as a Senior Faculty Member at Alan Lowell Seminars, the largest training source for training new hearing aid specialists to receive their license nationwide. Mr. Moore is a recognized leader in hearing aid dispensing, as well as a recognized leading expert teacher of other industry professionals. Mr. Moore currently serves as Regional Director of Hear Again America as well as the ethics chairman, education chairman, and other roles on the Board Of the Florida Hearing Society.

Sharon Cohen has her Doctorate of Audiology and has been in practice over 20 years in South Florida. She has extensive clinical experience with a passion for amplification and dispensing hearing devices. Dr. Cohen believes that each patient has unique needs and thoroughly enjoys evaluating, listening, counseling and guiding each individual with compassion and a high level of personal care. Providing all the best up to date options for improved communication her patients enjoy a successful experience, optimal hearing health care and quality of life. Dr Cohen is originally from New York and she resides and practices in the Boca/Delray area.

Formerly a Pharmaceutical Representative for 13 years, when she was fit with her first set of hearing aids, it made such a difference in her life, she joined the Hearing Aid industry. She then became Board Certified and then went through the ACA classes to become an Audioprosthologist. Her hearing loss helps her to relate to those with hearing loss. Plus, she keeps up to date on all benefits of the newest Hearing Aid technology.

Mr.Bohl is a Florida State Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and started his career in the hearing health care industry in 2010. Starting off in south Texas with private audiology practices and then moving to south Florida in 2011. Here in South Florida he was employed by a major hearing aid manufacturer for 4 years where he was able to refine his diagnostic skills along with perfecting the hearing instrument fitting process. Through his continued education and love for technology Mr. Bohl specializes in the new digital hearing aid platforms. Coming into the industry during the digital transition he excels with the new digital capabilities. Along with his knowledge comes a very honest and caring person, who strives to give the utmost in personalized care while guiding his patients through the journey to better hearing.

Javier Benítez, HAS, BC-HIS, is a Harvard University graduate (’81) and Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He started in the hearing industry as a battery sales representative at Starkey Labs. With this experience, he began to be interested in hearing aid fittings and in 2003 became licensed to dispense hearing aids by the State of Florida. He worked at the Lab helping to fit difficult cases and gained invaluable experience.

Dr. Johns completed his Master's Degree at the University of South Carlonia and his Doctoral Degree at A.T Still University in Meza Arizona. Ken is a past president of the South Carolina Academy of Audiology.

Ms. Megan Frericks is a former athlete and graduate from Western Kentucky University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She has been in the hearing healthcare field since 2009 and believes that when it comes to great hearing healthcare, service and the relationship with the patients are as important as the technology. She doesn’t take that lightly and makes it a priority to make each patient’s journey as pleasant as possible. Ms. Frericks takes pride in building a rapport with her patients and makes it a point to help make their day better in some way. Ms. Frericks friendly personality gives her patients the comfort of knowing that she is someone they can trust. She has dedicated herself to improving the lives of the hearing impaired. She also believes that the quality of a person’s life every single day revolves around their ability to communicate with those around them effectively. Samantha was born in Ohio and moved to Florida at a very young age. She entered the Hearing Aid Industry in 1996 as a receptionist and has moved up to be a Patient Care Coordinator. Samantha has a passion for helping all people or even just to be able to have a quality of life to hear better again. Her biggest achievement is to continue the path of helping the Hearing Impaired. Samantha consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence, fostering a sense of trust and confidence among our clients and community.

Margaret is a dedicated Florida State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who embarked on her journey in the hearing health care field in 2018, following her graduation from Florida State University. Her passion for hearing blossomed during her college years, driving her to pursue a career aimed at enhancing the lives of others through improved hearing. Upon entering the workforce, Margaret joined a prominent hearing aid manufacturer, where she honed her expertise in patient care and the intricacies of the hearing aid fitting process. Recognizing the profound impact of hearing loss not only on individuals but also on their families and friends, Margaret approaches her work with empathy and understanding. Elizabeth James, BC-HIS
Hearing Aid Specialist
Elizabeth James, HAS, has worked in the hearing healthcare industry for six years. She holds a B.S. in Government and Sociology from West Virginia Wesleyan University and an M.A. in Public Health Administration degree from Everglades University. She is a member of the International Hearing Society and the Hearing Loss Association of America. She has the distinct honor of being awarded the coveted President's Award in 2022 as a top consultant, and the Foundation Award three years running for her work providing free hearing aids to financially challenged patients. When asked why she chose this field of work, she responded, " When I was a child my mom thought I had hearing loss because I had difficulty understanding speech when there was background noise. Testing revealed that I was auditory impaired. This lifelong disability gifted me with the unique understanding for those with hearing loss and my ability to help them." In addition to being a member of the Stuart Chamber of Commerce, Betsy is married to Brian, a US Marine veteran who is currently a Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy and owner of two Hear Again America locations in Stuart and Port Saint Lucie.
Toni Trager

Toni Trager, a Florida native, is a compassionate and dedicated Hearing Aid Specialist (HAS). With a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical from the University of Central Florida (UCF), Toni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Having experienced hearing loss since birth, Toni understands firsthand the challenges individuals face with auditory impairments. Her commitment to improving the lives of those with hearing difficulties is deeply personal. Growing up in a family that also grappled with hearing loss, Toni witnessed the impact it had on communication, relationships, and overall well-being. As a result, Toni’s approach to patient care is rooted in empathy and understanding. She recognizes that each person’s hearing journey is unique and tailors her services to meet individual needs. Whether it’s fitting hearing aids, providing counseling, or offering ongoing support, Toni prioritizes her patients’ comfort and satisfaction. Annie Main, AuD
Audiologist
Annie Main, AuD has been an audiologist for 12 years. She received her undergraduate degree (Spanish) and doctoral degree (Audiology) from Ohio State University and completed her externship at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. She spent the first part of her career at Indiana University working as a research and clinical audiologist and teaching undergraduate and graduate audiology courses. Dr. Main is certified by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) as a Professional Supervisor of the Audiometric Monitoring Program© (PS/A) and also works in the hearing conservation industry. She speaks English and Spanish. In her free time, Dr. Main enjoys hiking and camping with her family.
Doris Bartolucci
Hearing Aid Specialist
As a seasoned Hearing Instrument Specialist, Doris holds her National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, as well as a certification in Audioprosthology. She has been treating hearing loss for almost 20 years, and although she has practiced in multiple states, she recently has settled in North Carolina to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She is also a hearing aid user, which helps her connect on a more personal level with her patients. She is passionate for helping others, which is evidenced by her glowing energy.
Todd Ely
Hearing Aid Specialist
Todd Ely is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Fitter and Dispenser by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Todd has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received his Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. He has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all audiometric equipment to service your needs.
