1. Patient Care Coordinator
Hear Again America is looking for that dependable, self motivated, and organized individual with excellent phone skills. Must project a warm and charming personality over the phone and in person, must have a positive attitude.
Duties Include But Not Limited To:
- General administration
- Answering the phone and taking clear and concise messages
- Managing the Front Desk and Walk-ins
- File Documents on a consistent basis
- Maintain the Organization of the office
- Any tasks that are assigned by the manager
Preferred Skills:
- Highly organized, with good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Excellent phone manners.
